Exactly one month ago, on September 22, we warned about a potential correction in October. Nothing has changed since then — we’re still seeing seasonal weakness and profit-taking.
Be ready
The charts show we’re still in a late-cycle phase — the next rally may be weak or followed by a deeper pullback.
- Momentum is Late-cycle (RSI + BB)
- Trend is Late-cycle ( MACD)
If the VIX closes below 20 by Friday, I’ll become much more optimistic about a potential November recovery.
